Dynamis' VSP (Variable Square Wave) Er:YAG lasers ablate the skin with greater precision than other wavelengths.

Er:YAG energy is highly absorbed in water (the primary target chromophore for skin remodeling), allowing it to vaporize the skin with micron-level precision and very low thermal conduction. This minimizes adverse reactions such as hypopigmentation and persistent erythema, as well as downtime. The VSP Er:YAG laser in the Dynamis system can be precisely tuned from "cold" and "hot" ablations to non-ablative thermal ratios.
